Eduardo J. Martinez is the founding member of MTZ Architects which was established in 2012 and is a full service architectural firm. MTZ Architects brings 26 years of experience in a vast array of architectural projects. Ed has managed hundreds of projects throughout his professional career, projects which include work in health care, hospitality, industrial and commercial building types. Ed has recently overseen the implementation of corporate design prototypes for automobile franchises such as General Motors, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, and Infiniti throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.
Ed has prior work experience with Eckenhoff Saunders Architects (ESA) as a Senior Associate for 15 years and with Chipman Adams Ltd. for 7 years. Over the years Ed has developed his client base throughout the industry and in 2012 with the support of his wife Maria, decided to start MTZ Architects, Inc.
Ed currently serves on the Bolingbrook Zoning Board of Appeals and is a member of the Bolingbrook Chamber of Commerce and the Little Village Chamber of Commerce. Ed spends his free time as an assistant coach with the Naperville Diamonds 14U girls softball organization.
Ed has hands on approach at his work, always available to make sure the project runs smoothly.
